Hard work pays off.

My biggest struggle is not, reaching my goal, but rather keeping that goal visible in my mind and working towards it. Over the six years I have worked for a company and I noticed that working towards my goal was not as easy as I thought but it was a continues fight that sometimes I end up bleeding,depressed,hungry,misunderstood and above all alone.It was a walk that no one was willing to walk with me. In the first year I was assigned on a project to test the micro-environmental parameters of pollination bags.I did the hardest part of the work without being recognized but at the end of the day, other people shared the glory with me. I was devastated and bitter towards them but then I realized that this people wont stop me. I kept working harder because I wanted to be the best and that I love my job. After while the project was completed and published on the Research Journal and I was super excited. My name was finally published. It was a small achievement but it was the result of hard work.

Any where,enough of my stories and let me speak with you regarding what you are like.

Right now as I speak, someone is feeling down because you have been over looked in a promotion or probably your ideas were stolen etc.. you know what happens to you.

But dont cry or feel sorry for yourself. Get up,dress up and produce another best result again, because the more you keep fighting back and improving yourself, the person or system that suppressing you will not catch up with you but instead it will began to work in your favor.

Discipline is the ingredient for success. If you are a person that easily gives up, maybe its time to change your mindset and start working on yourself. Start by talking to your own self.It will help.

Also, surround yourself with people that are smarter then you are because, you are the average of the 5 people you spend most of your time with. So what do you think,do you need to get new friends? Thats your decision to make.

Finally, you're smart and you have a gift you need to give to the world thats why you're still alive.
